Charm Jewel ships domestically within Cyprus and internationally to various countries. For international shipping, please check our list of serviced countries on our website or contact customer service at charmjewelshop@gmail.com for confirmation.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Shipping: Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination but generally range from 7-21 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. For orders within Cyprus, a standard rate applies. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. From time to time, Charm Jewel may offer promotional shipping rates.

Orders are processed during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EET, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EET will be processed the following business day.
